2. What are the size of the covered units?
7 metres deep x 3.5 metres wide and roller door has a 3 metre clearance.
3. How long can I store for?
Minimum 7 days and there is no maximum time limit.
4. Can I see the unit before I hire?
Yes you can, just call Millicent Real Estate for inspection.
5. Do you I need insurance?
We do recommend you have insurance when storing with us.
6. What security do you have?
Our storage facility is fenced and locked. Storage units can also be locked with your own padlock.
7. How do I pay?
You can pay via bank transfer or visiting the Millicent Real Estate office opened weekdays 9am-5pm.
8. How big is the uncovered storage?
We have a fenced yard 21 metres x 41 metres.
9. How much notice do I need to give to vacant my self storage?
Must give us a minimum of 7 days notice. Otherwise you will continue to be charged.
10. What can’t I store at your facilitie?
- Any stolen or illegal goods.
- Combustible, flammable, hazardous or toxic materials like acid, ammunition, asbestos, biological or toxic waste, cleaners, compressed gasses, corrosives, explosives, fertilizers, fireworks, paint, petrol or weapons.
- Plants and animals, either alive or dead. Pets need to be taken to an approved pet shelter.
- Perishable food
